Buffets for breakfast and dinner were really very varied and of high quality. Hotel is located directly on a very nice wide beach and has great sun beds. View's great. Thanks for the old town recommendations

Food was very good and varied. There is something for every taste and the staff is very friendly and helpful. A very nice smaller hotel complex. Just the way we like it. Room very large and cleanliness of the whole hotel +.

Since we only spent 3 nights in this hotel, we had apparently been assigned a room with the worse location. Rooms very nice, unfortunately directly next to the hotel own air conditioning for the kitchen. Therefore very loud during the day. Air conditioning was switched off at 22.30 evening at the latest.

This beautiful hotel boasts an excellent beachfront location, with soft sand and comfortable loungers on the terrace. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a fantastic variety of Portuguese cuisine and were complemented by live music. The need to pay for beach loungers and a persistent odor in the bathroom were notable downsides, alongside the limited dinner service times, which might not suit everyone.

Good hotel, but not for the price. The hotel was clean. Staff at the reception is very pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast and dinner were poor value for the money

Should you require a sea view room or suite I would suggest upgrading to a frontal sea view , as the levante side of the hotel sea view rooms are overlooked by a busy terrace bar and restaurant which some holidaymakers may find a little intrusive.

The location of the hotel, eating outside with sea view, very nice staff, simply a very nice hotel, anytime again. We were on the road with the rented car at the coast and did not discover anything we would have preferred.

We had two large terraces by the room, a sun bed and clothes horse there would be very fine, there is enough space.

Fitness room too small; Bath towels must be picked up at the reception; in our room there was still a very old save that had to be operated with a key; Hotel had unfortunately only 3 parking spaces, you have to look for a public parking space

The location is perfect, just 60 steps from the beach, and the food is amazing with great variety. The staff surprised me with a lovely birthday letter under my door, such a thoughtful touch. The swimming pool area is beautifully maintained.

Fine ocean views.

We were given a room on a lower floor despite requesting an upper level for our anniversary. On top of that, the bathroom had inadequate supplies, just one roll of toilet paper and no bathrobes, feel very neglected.

I thought the location was excellent, the staff was friendly and the views from the hotel were stunning.

There was one waiter during breakfast who was a bit rude.

The access to the sand beach was fast.

Buffet breakfast was not adequate to a 4star hotel.

A simple breakdown of my visit

Staying here reminded me of stepping into a hidden gem. The spacious room with a balcony provided amazing ocean views. I was charmed by the Turkish style decor and the live piano music during breakfast enriched the experience. Thoughtful staff was great, despite minor hiccups with food variety. A good retreat overall!

Comfy beds, cable TV, free wireless internet access and coffee in the room. Fresh and rich breakfast with different varieties, with good food.

It offered us unbeatable location near the beach from anywhere along the front, the cliffs and the restaurants around. Moreover, it was 2 km from Portimao Harbor. We liked the twin room which was high-class.
